STANDARD RETURNS
All goods you wish to return must be in their original packaging, unopened, and suitable for resale. If the returned goods do not meet these conditions, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If no exception applies to the product, you must submit a refund request within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate the return and refund process, please contact our support service; the support team will explain the process and assist you.

Please complete the return form received with your order and send the goods back to the address provided.

When returning goods, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

You must exercise the right of return responsibly and return the product in its original, intact packaging, as well as return all components included with the product. You are responsible for the complete set of returned goods. If the goods are not returned as a complete set, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.

Once our staff receive and inspect the Goods and the return form, the refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 14 days to be credited back to the original payment method. In all cases, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned and inspected.

If you do not comply with the deadlines set out in our Return Policy, we will not be able to issue a refund.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS
